Job Description

Role
The Network Planning Senior Manager role is responsible for leading the end-to-end optimization initiatives by solving cross-functional supply chain inefficiencies and managing routines. The focus will be on short to midterm planning delivering data driven visibility and recommendations to company's stakeholders on network capacity and risk mitigation for service, deliveries, and budget management.

Primary Responsibilities
Drive end to end cycles of supply chain planning initiatives including but not limited to data management, warehouse management, transportation management and budget management
Perform analytical reviews/validation of network flows to drive short to midterm efficiency
Design distribution strategies, risk mitigation for the business and deliver cost savings
Own routines, develop, track and drive results for Key Performance Indicators
Standardize databases and reports to support business
Influence teams based on data-driven recommendations
Project management and execution
Build and manage cross-functional relationships

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Economics preferred
5 to 7 years' experience in Analytics and Supply Chain
Analytical problem solver with attention to detail
Experience in building clear and effective holistic business cases to drive data driven decision making
Strong critical thinking and ability to work in cross-functional environment
Proficient Tableau and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
