Impact Marketing Manager
The budgeted salary for this role is 70-75k annually

The Impact Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading our impact marketing initiatives, with a keen focus on supporting marketing for grant-focused campaigns and the Y's Impact Advancement and Community Development business units. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the association to create seamless, integrated journeys across audiences and channels that drive meaningful engagements and accelerate sales opportunities. The Impact Marketing Manager will leverage research and trends, along with technical expertise and understanding of the customer journey to raise awareness, drive demand, and take the YMCA of Metro Chicago's marketing strategy to the next level.

Scopes and Responsibilities
Develop, manage, execute, and analyze innovative marketing plans that raise the profile of the YMCA of Metro Chicago, generates demand, and demonstrates the organization's focus on strengthening community
Serve as a subject matter expert within the Marketing team and expertly translate strategic business objectives into technical orchestration
Develop and evaluate creative concepts, copy, artwork, and production methods/materials to support aligned strategies
Drive improvement of program effectiveness through advanced audience segmentation, journey mapping, A/B testing, and deliverability
Partner across departments to amplify the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, data integrity management, and new technology integrations
Prepare reports for discussion and analysis of key marketing and business performance indicators and partner with Brand Strategy & Marketing leadership to identify advanced reporting needs, and analyze performance trends, CX insights, and best practices to provide optimization recommendations
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners
Understand marketing best practices and stay ahead of global industry trends
Minimum and Preferred Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or preferred equivalent
Minimum of 5-7 years of related work experience
Ability to develop campaign strategies, segment, and target audiences for engagement and conversion
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Hands-on experience with campaign execution and an expert grasp of audience segmentation, as well as integrated nurture and outbound campaigns Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Ability to achieve results by taking a proactive long-term view of business goals and objectives
