The IAM Engineer will be a key role in a new IAM DevOps team responsible for the development and maintenance of key systems such as SailPoint, Okta, Delinea, and Tivoli Access Manager.
The developer will assist in design and development of IAM capabilities to help solve IAM lifecycles, authentication, authorization, and other functions to support and enable our Health Benefits associates.
The successful candidate will have over 6 years of full stack developer experience with some of the core IAM technologies such as SailPoint IIQ and/or IdentityNow
The candidate must be knowledgeable in SailPoint (IIQ & IDN), Okta or Delinea.

* Administer access rights and entitlements to IT / IS systems.
* Perform verification of proper authorization, and adheres to all security policy and auditing requirements.
* Fulfill user access requests within established Service Level Agreements (SLA) with a primary focus on quality and accuracy.
* Experience with Identity Management theory, technologies, use cases and how the technologies can be leveraged to solve customer problems.
* Work in a collaborative team environment to prioritize and distribute workload among team members.
* Verify proper authorization on all requests for security access changes, rejects all requests lacking proper authorization; may work with customers to resolve access issues and train users on appropriate requests.
* Fulfill requests to IT / IS systems in accordance with the controls and requirements that govern information security access.
* Create, modify, and delete user and service accounts.
* Modify of security entitlements within multiple security tables and repositories.
* Log and track access changes and requests.
* Create, modify, and delete security groups and attributes within multiple repositories.
* Create, modify, and delete network file shares.
* Adhere to all logging and processing requirements established by the Security Governance and Internal Auditing.
* Track day to day request and completes requests within established Service Level Agreements.
* Resolve complex issues referred from help desk related to security access.
* Ability to provision access across multiple enterprise platforms and applications, including mainframe.
* Ability to cross train peers.
* Develop process documentation and procedures.
* Ability to assess and refine existing procedures and processes for continuous improvement.
* Develop metrics and analyze performance.
* Technical and problem solving skills.
* Lead and execute internal projects and initiatives.
* Understanding of IAM methodologies.
* Ability to work with the business and subscribe technologies to IAM services.
* Support and troubleshoot IAM platform technologies.

Required Job Qualifications:
8 - 9 + years in design and coding of java applications
6 - 8 years in design and development of SailPoint
One of the two (with a willingness to learn the other)
4 - 5 years in design and development of a Federated Access Mgmt. solution (Okta preferred)
4 - 5 years involved with Privileged Access Mgmt solutions (Thycotic/Delinea preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:
Masters in CyberSecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent years of experience
6 - 8 years in CIAM design and development
6 - 8 years in DevOps, CI/CD devops models, and/or other Delivery Model
Experience in deploying IAM solutions from the ground up (full stack developer)
