Farnsworth Group is seeking a Civil Engineer in either our St. Louis, MO or Belleville, IL offices. In this role, you will be responsible for providing our private, municipal, and state clients with cost effective, user friendly, and attractive projects as well as developing new client relationships.
Job Activities:
Plan, design and manage a variety of civil engineering projects
Collaborate with other Farnsworth Group disciplines and client consultants
Communicate with clients regarding current and future projects
Organize and complete projects from inception to completion
Assist with business development efforts
Projects may include land development, water & sewer, park development and a variety of municipal related projects.
Specific Requirements:
BS in Civil Engineering
Minimum 4 years of civil engineering experience
Professional Engineer (PE) License
Experience working with projects and clients
Ability to effectively manage clients and participate in business development activities
Strong team player that can manage and contribute to several projects simultaneously
AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience required
Sanitary sewer, water line and storm water design experience
