Job Description
The
Demand Generation Associate will work directly with Marketing leadership and
Demand Generation Program leads to ensure effective execution across our
marketing programs. This will include assisting in the development and
deployment of a digitally enabled demand generation model, ensuring consistency
in our executional approach, helping to operationalize an effective management
system across the demand generation programs and assisting in results reporting
across the business. This individual will be responsible for coordinating our
efforts across our lines of business and industries and assisting in project
management to facilitate and ensure effective delivery of demand generation
marketing efforts across the firm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Assists in the Development and implementation of a
consistent management system that facilitates the effective planning and
execution of demand generation programs across the firm:
Supports the effective build-out of marketing strategies and execution plans
for our demand generation programs
Enables the rapid development of demand generation across all aspects of the
client buyer journey
Facilitates the alignment and usage of external agencies to develop create
aligned to the brand strategy
Delivers insight and value back to internal stakeholders
Assists in the development of effective execution
plans that drive pipeline:
Ensures creative consistency across programs and campaigns
Identifies gaps in marketing asset plans aligned to the client buyer journey
and engages with Program Leads to address those gaps
Facilitates "best practice" sharing across demand generation teams 25%
Assists in the development and distribution of monthly
campaign performance reports:
Assists in pulling monthly performance
metrics* Coordinates analysis by Program Leads on campaign performance*
Facilitates and assists with "root cause"
analysis for performance issues across the program framework
Facilitates "best practice" sharing across demand generation teams
Assists in the overall project management of the
demand generation programs:
Supports leadership in driving a consistent
approach to execution across the demand generation program framework
Helps to operationalize a consistent cadence of information sharing, meetings
and reporting across all programs and campaigns
Other
Participates in all appropriate marketing learning and development to build
skills and capabilities
Participates, as appropriate, in cross-firm projects related to marketing and
demand generation capability development and enhancements
Engages with various members of the Lines of Business and Industry teams to
help educate
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required
TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint
Excellent project management, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Ability to learn new subject areas quickly
EXPERIENCE
0-2
years of leading marketing/growth experience inB2B environment, preferably
technology
Proven baseline understanding of marketing and demand generation
General knowledge of digital marketing
LEADERSHIP SKILLS
Awareness and understanding of various marketing channels
Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done
Highly collaborative and able to work within a team to achieve stated goals
