As a North America Regional Marketing Lead for IFF Health, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the best, most talented, innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Marketing Strategy:

Own the development and execution of the NA regional marketing plan and budget
Own taking the global objectives/strategies and initiatives and tailoring to the region
Develop and own metrics for each objective
Develop regional specific plans beyond global initiatives to help meet unmet needs

Expert on regional market trends and insights
Partner with Analytics to develop regional strategy on getting these trends
Translate these trends into actionable regional plans
Provide Sales these insights on an ongoing basis for them to include in their customer meetings
Determine local communication needs and work with communication lead to develop an external and internal PR plan

Demand Generation:

Responsible for leading team (agency, comms, digital, etc.) to develop marketing execution plan that supports strategy
Ensure regional execution plan is executed on budget and with excellence.
Develop the strategy and objectives for regional trade shows. Collaborate with Trade Show Lead to ensure executed with excellence.
Engage with Sales and their key customers in relation to collaborative marketing and product launch activities

Market and Consumer Insight:
Work with Market Insights team to facilitate and collect consumer, customer, competitor, and general market research and insights to bring to customers
Work with Marketing Analyst to benchmark regional marketing tactics and activities with external best practices
Be an expert on regional consumer needs and trends in key health benefit areas
Lead strategy and development of initiatives to help meet these needs
Take global consumer initiatives and tailor to the region if relevant

Partnership with Sales:
Act as regional expert and point of contact regarding all aspects of product offering, regulatory and marketing execution
Support regional sales organization to drive sales with marketing opportunities - product concepts, claims, co-branding, and HCP
Help ensure local regulatory compliance for products
Be the expert for marketing team on key customers' business strategies and product needs
Engage with Sales and their key customers in relation to collaborative marketing and product launch activities
Sales owns development of customer presentations. Marketing should provide input including market/consumer trend information. Available to present at customer meetings as needed
Serve as liaison between sales and Trade Show Lead when needed in trade show execution

Other:
When a presentation or execution is global, the NA regional marketer will serve as lead for ensuring the complete global execution is assembled.

Job Requirements

To set you up for success in this role from day one, we are looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
8+ years of experience in marketing, CPG or Industry experience preferred
Strong communication, story-telling and presentation skills. Highly capable and confident in customer facing situations
Brand experience, understanding brand fit, stretch and omnichannel opportunities
Cross-functional work experience, collaborating with diverse groups to reach a goal
Creative thinker and problem solver with a passion for bringing innovation to market and breaking new ground at IFF
Strong self-motivator, capable of setting an agenda and actualizing goals
Excellent multi-tasking, project management and prioritization skills
