Job Description
Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”) Manager-Bolingbrook, IL. Responsible for Budget Creation and Assessment. Produce monthly reporting packages that include financial statement, variance analysis, operational dashboard reporting, analysis of key business trends, revenue forecasting, backlog reporting. Reviews and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual trends in operating financials against key performance indicators and other internal benchmarks. Prepare and manage forecasting / annual budget requirements for functions. Responsible for Financial Analysis, Modeling, and Reporting. Develops financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and investments; Pricing Analysis on product, subscription and professional services; Gross Margin for Product, Subscription, and professional services; Product Development Spend; SaaS Metrics, Customer Profitability; Product Line Profitability.
Hybrid position-some telecommuting flexibility, but required to physically be in the Bolingbrook, IL office occasionally/as needed.
Requires: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related degree and 5 years of experience in a Financial Analysis & Planning role, or related occupation.
Previous experience must include:
· Finance experience within the Technology industry;
· Advanced Excel skills, specifically VBA;
· Salesforce experience;
· Preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses;
· Power BI;
· SQL / ETL experience

Salary is: $130,610-$145,000
