About the role:
The position will be responsible for planning, implementing, and driving delivery of infrastructure and IT projects related to our suite of products. You will work alongside colleagues across the globe to help teams focus on our priorities and deliver on our goals.
The ideal Project Manager will work closely with teams to ensure are defined, tracked, managed, and delivered as per the plan. Collaboration and communication are key skills for this role.
Responsibilities:
Create, track, update and report on IT project plans in collaboration with stakeholders
Lead project teams, driving towards key outcomes and measured value delivery
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks; manage impact to the project plan
Work with IT and Development teams to ensure projects leverage or produce organizational processes, practices, and systems
Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders and leadership
Elevate the practice of Project Management and participate in Communities of Practice
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Proven experience (5+ years ) as a Project Manager on infrastructure and IT projects
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members to focus on the right priorities under pressure and tight deadlines
Effective conflict & impediments management in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying/closing gaps
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated and independent critical thinker who can visualize and guide teams during conflicting situations to stay focused on business goals & priorities
Experience communicating effectively with leaders regarding the project scope, schedule, budget, risks, mitigation strategies, status, and expectations.
Ability to create a collaborative plan of action and hold team members accountable, while keeping team engaged and focused
Preferred:
Utilizes solid knowledge of the Project Management Institute's standards and terminology
Commercial real estate industry experience
