Customer Care Specialist Opportunity in Deerfield, IL – Competitive Salary, Room for Growth, AMAZING Company Culture!

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 5:00 CST

Job Responsibilities:

- A-Z White Glove Customer Service

- Making outbound calls to customers to take care of them

- Dealing with upset customers, possibly irate customers

- Thinking outside the box

- Situational customer care approach – Out of the box critical thinking skills to take care of the customers

- Empathetic

- 40-50 customers at a given time

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves:

- Bachelors Degree

- 0-3 years of work experience

- Basic computer skills

- Customer Service Skills
