As an Infrastructure Engineer (SharePoint Developer), you will be responsible for building, configuring, and customizing a modern Intranet solution utilizing modern SharePoint & Microsoft Viva Connections. Additionally, you will own and build out the governance process for managing M365 integrations, MS graph API, power automate, and power applications. Responsibilities include building systems according to company specifications, building Microsoft Viva adaptive cards, writing, and modifying code, debugging software and training staff.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills: Modern SharePoint Design, Microsoft Graph API, UI/UX design process, proficient with .Net, JavaScript, C#, CSS & HTML, Microsoft framework, and automation applications (power applications, power automate).
Responsibilities
+ Delivers technology solutions that support business goals.Partners with the product owner to understand business requirements, evaluates features, and translates application specifications into workable technical solutions.
+ Maintains application software and systems.Ensures all projects and releases are appropriately tested and risks are mitigated.
+ Oversees and reviews development activities of team members and contractors.
+ Supports technical initiatives and provides input best practices to team.
+ Achieves product commitments (and influences others to do the same) by using informal leadership & highly developed communication skills and contributes to or led technology communities
+ Uses automation, system tools,open-sourcesolutions, observability and ‘security first’ principles in daily work
+ Contributes to team agile ceremonies, leads demos and presentations, helps new engineers learn established norms
+ Initiates high level solution design approaches, and guides team to achieve desired key software delivery capabilities using automated, coded enterprise and observability
+ Participates in internal speaking and advocacy events
+ Supports research activities to adopt new technology solutions in ways of developing new capabilities
+ Continues professional education andcreatesopportunities for core product teams to learn engineering best practices
+ Coaches immediate chapterandactively fosters the adoption of new technologies
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
+ Bachelors – Computer Scienceor related
+ 3+ Years -(Software) Engineering, DevOps or related
+ Internal applicants only: technical proficiency rating of competent on the Dreyfus engineering scale
Preferred Qualifications
Bonus Points If You Have:
+ In depth knowledge with PowerShell scripting and automation builds
+ Familiar with Jira and Agile Scrum methods (ceremonies)
+ Actively fosters the adoption of new technologies
+ Continues professional education and create opportunities for core product teams to learn engineering best practices

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $84,500.00 to $142,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
