Job Description
Group O is looking for an ambitious and energetic Training Associate to join our Supply Chain team! You must have a desire to constantly learn and be eager to develop your knowledge. As a Training Associate, you are responsible for training employees to succeed in their production roles. In addition, you will be responsible for jumping in and helping with additional tasks when needed. We thrive on start-up culture!
Primary Tasks:
+ Perform all tasks required by Production Associate (JR003073)
+ Train new-hires to perform their job functions
+ Cross-train existing employees
+ Retrain existing employees
+ Verify accuracy of trainee’s work and adherence to defined process
Secondary Tasks:
+ Maintaining a safe, clean and orderly work area
+ Finding and supporting opportunities for improved performance, cost-savings and efficiency
+ Other duties as assigned
Education:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
Training:
+ All training required for Kit Production
+ Training on training methods and processes
Skills:
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds
+ Bending, standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods of time
+ Good work attitude
+ Ability to follow work instructions
+ Ability to work overtime when required
+ Relates well with coworkers
+ Ability to modify teaching style to accommodate trainee’s needs
+ Ability to utilize step ladders and work at an elevated position
Experience:
+ Training Associate preferred minimum 6 months as Kit Production or equivalent experience
