What youll do:

Position title : SAP iXp Intern – Marketing & Solutions Strategy & Transformation

Location: Chicago

Expected start date to end date: June 2023

We are looking for a motivated and curious student (f/m/d) who wants to join the Marketing & Solutions Strategy & Transformation team as an intern for 6 months to drive strategic projects for the Marketing & Solutions (M&S) board member, the M&S COO, and the Leadership Team. You will support the M&S Strategy & Transformation team, a small, diverse, high-performing team with members from top management consulting companies (e.g. BCG, Bain, McK) and experts with strong business backgrounds and histories in relevant domains.

Main responsibilities:

+ Support all aspects of problem-solving and strategy formulation including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing, and conducting analyses and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations

+ Support work on decision proposals for the SAP Executive Board

+ Conduct sophisticated business and financial analyses

+ Gather knowledge on new subject matter from across a range of source

What you bring:

Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

+ Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

+ Preferred fields of study: Business Management, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Analytics

+ Computer skills: Advanced MS Office Suite knowledge (focus on PowerPoint and Excel)

+ Language skills: fluent in English, and German as a plus

+ At least 6 months of consulting experience in a Big4 or boutique firm is preferred

+ Ability to work independently and in a proactive, structured manner with a hands-on, reliable working style

+ Strong analytical and communication skills, flexibility, and motivation to work in an international and intercultural team

+ Willingness to learn and collaborate

+ Responsibility and ability to drive topics open-mindedly and focused on the end-result

The Marketing & Solutions (M&S) Strategy & Transformation team reports to the Chief Operating Officer for the M&S board area. Key tasks of the M&S Strategy & Transformation team include shaping and executing of strategic initiatives and transformational programs.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62 USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidateswill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process.
