As a Treasury Manager you will be responsible for managing global cash liquidity positions, manage direct cash flow forecast for all business segments of the company and supporting the yearly cash forecasting and intercompany loan process, and assist with all Cash management matters.

Responsible for the further development and integration of the global treasury management system into the accounting, payments and reporting platforms worldwide. Serves as a resource for global banking, funding, and execution of working capital management strategies.

Setting cash position, managing cashflow, assist and may lead bank guarantee/LOC process, manage/report on global bank credit lines and liaison with accounting; assist with all funding matters, cash accounting activities, audit inquiries, contributing to process improvement projects, and other requested duties.

What You Will Do:

Cash Management

- Drives, develops, and prepares robust direct global cash flow forecast with emphasis on managing interest income and expense.

- Supervises and controls cash management activities, encompassing liquidity and systems planning as well as daily operations. Manages global cash positions, plans and coordinates cash movements between business units.

- Understands/Manages 2B Commercial Paper issuance process while minimizing interest expense with focus on cash optimization efforts

- Anticipates global borrowing needs and available funds and ensure sufficient funds are available to cover operations and capital investments. Executes borrowing/investment decisions based on the forecast.

- Develops and implements Cash management practices and procedures in the region with focus on controls and creation of optimal banking structure in line with Corporate Treasury vision.

- Manages the flow of funds between company banks and business units to fully utilize funds

- Provides assistance as System Administrator for Treasury related systems as well leading the up-keep of Treasury technology and continuous improvement

- Recommends actions to streamline cash management processes across the globe (participates in ERP deployments)

- Supports and provides back up to other members of Global Cash Management Team

- Creates strong partnership with internal stakeholders.

- Identifies cost saving and profit maximizing opportunities with global cash pooling. Recommends optimal cash pool/cash funding strategies globally.

- Understands and manages appropriate procedures and processes around month-end and quarter-close activity.

- Manages coordination of all month end accounting entries and recordings.

- Ensures compliance to SOX controls, FBAR, FATCA, including record keeping and data testing as requested.

- Provides financial analysis to executive management.

- Together with Global Treasury Director implements treasury and banking best practices across organization;

- Supports business and corporate treasury initiatives (cross-regional ERP implementation projects)

- Plays a key role in Treasury-related special projects, ad-hoc requests and analyses.

- Acts as a backup for the team as needed in managing daily cash globally

Requirements

Treasury Manager Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of advancing Treasury, Corporate Finance experience for a global company

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other related field, MBA, CTP, CPA a plus

- Experience with ERP implementations and integrations

- Experience using various banking platforms

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (excel, presentations, working with large data)

- Knowledge of Hyperion is a plus
