Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a valued client in the Sterling Illinois area! This is a role within a family oriented office will be supporting through a medical leave estimated to be approximately four months in duration.
The Accounts Payable Specialist’s duties include but are not limited to:
+ Scanning invoices to input into software
+ Carrying out three-way match responsibilities
+ Balancing of credit card statements
+ Performing weekly check runs
+ Reviewing of expense reports and supporting documentation
+ Other duties assigned by the Controller

RequirementsRequirements for the Accounts Payable Specialist include but are not limited to:
+ Understanding of Excel at an intermediate level
+ Experience with DocuWare or another document management software is valued
+ Teachable – willing and desires to learn!
+ Understanding of GAAP and prior experience is a plus
