Job Description
Sentinel is seeking an Network Operations Center Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a premiere company and grow your career. You will be part of the operations in a 24X7 Network Operations Center, monitoring customers’ production systems. You will be responsible for providing support to client operations; communicating via phone, e-mail, and ticketing systems with customers and technicians, and troubleshooting and escalating trouble tickets as needed. This position is 7AM-7PM Saturday, Sunday, Monday. This is a full time opportunity located in Downers Grove, IL with the ability to work remote 2 days.
+ CCNA required
+ Must be able to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday 7AM-7PM
+ Excellent communication (written and verbal)
+ Must be able to work third shift
+ Must have strong typing skills, organizational skills and able to problem solve critical situations
+ Must have knowledge of routing protocols
+ Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
+ Musy demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
