Overview

The Project Operations Analyst is integral to the underwriting and data management of Sunrun’s growing Affordable Multifamily & Commercial Solar & Storage project pipeline. They will be responsible for the overall process of managing a streamlined data upload process and as well as reviewing project documents and customer contracts for PV installations against Sunrun’s rigorous underwriting process. The Project Operations Analyst will be critical in meeting quarterly sales and breakthrough targets and guiding technical integration requirements as we scale the business unit into new markets and products and bring clean, renewable energy to more customers across the United States.

Reporting to Project Operations Senior Manager on the Multifamily team.

Responsibilities

Data Management

+ Process daily and weekly data uploads from Gsheets to SalesForce.com & Oracle using DI Tool & Apex Data

+ Loader with a high level accuracy and speed to meet internal team and SOX requirements and business KPIs and targets.

+ Support ongoing and broader technical integration into Sunrun systems including: developing recommendations, manage testing processes, and documenting and training the team on new processes.

+ Creates scripts and writes formulas to create automations, process improvements and for reporting of analytics.

+ Owner of end to end upload and data management process including templates and training materials. Be team point of contact with internal technical ERP & Salesforce.com teams to raise and troubleshoot issues and bring problems to resolution.

+ Maintain team wide project management tools and data tapes with accurate information for recurring daily, weekly, monthly requests and SOX compliance.

+ Assist in ad hoc projects such as audit document collection, rebate backlog cleanup, various reporting requests, etc.

Contract Review & Underwriting

+ Handles advanced and high priority projects to ensure they are processed in a sensitive and timely manner

+ while ensuring data integrity.

+ Prioritize and process requests and queries from other teams including installation, Project Finance, Accounts Payable.

+ Be the guide and source of truth on policies and process and train new team members.

Requirements (Education, Experience, and other skills)

+ 2+ years work experience. Solar and data systems experience a plus.

+ Highly proficient in Tableau, Google Sheets and Salesforce.

+ Flexible and able to prioritize numerous tasks and deadlines and work independently to resolve problems to deliver results and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level of organization.

+ Ability to work outside of standard business hours including weekends and evening hours to meet end of quarter targets and deadlines.

+ Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills along with effective communication skills with peers and other levels and departments.

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:

$66,661.00 to $83,353.00

Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.
