Job Description
The Analyst, Investment Strategy & Value Capture will help to develop and maintain all the data and analytics of the IS&VC area, as well as coordinate the planning and reporting execution of our internal budget. This role will work cross-functionally across our STAR organization, with functions such as Strategy, Portfolio Management and Digital Revolution.

Primary Responsibilities
Develop and maintain all the tools and analyses for the ZBB Budget and support our cross-functional partners on the use and understanding of those tools.
Report our budget execution and forecasting on a monthly basis to the Central Finance organization.
Provide visibility to the STAR Leadership team of how we are tracking against the budget and drive gap solving when needed.
Support our Transformation Initiatives through developing and maintaining data and analytics needed to estimate and track Value Captured from each one of the initiatives on a monthly and annual basis.
Support the execution of the Commercial Champions Program through setting up the rituals and routines as well as the infra-structure behind it.
Support Commercial Resource Allocation process through developing and maintaining data and analytics needed to distort funds into our strategic priorities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer and Information Science, preferred.
1+ years of experience, preferably in Commercial Finance for CPG companies or Management Consulting.
MS Excel mastery and financial systems acumen with ability to quickly learn analytical modeling tools and techniques.
Ability to develop and conduct first-class presentations summarizing detailed analyses into key messages that drive effective decision making.
Experience with powerful data storage, data analysis and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Snowflake, Azure, and similar is an advantage.
