What will I be doing?

The company's Talent Team Members are strategic advisors to our business, strengthening the company by recruiting and growing the best talent in the industry to build a diverse and inclusive team and culture. We are seeking a Head of Learning & Talent Management who will support the ongoing growth and development of our global employees. This is an opportunity to lead a team to develop, execute, and continuously evolve a comprehensive and globally integrated learning strategy that drives high performance and elevates the employee experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a clear and meaningful long- and short-term learning strategy that supports the company's culture of continuous learning, ensuring that company-wide, business vertical, and individual development needs are represented and supported.
  • Lead a team of learning and development professionals to deliver exceptional learning outcomes, continuously build the capabilities of the team to drive greater impact each year.
  • Assess the company's learning and development needs across multiple levels and locations, identify, recommend, and implement solutions to build skills across our business.
  • Lead the implementation of a new LMS, designing the system to elevate the employee learning experience and migrating heritage employees to one system. Partner with HR Information Systems, HR Operations, and IT to manage integrations, reporting, and analytics required to provide updated data on learning participation.
  • Build a portfolio of external partnerships to meet various needs, consult with the business to bring recommendations and proposed content. Manage all aspects of the relationships, from contracting to implementation.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to identify learning strategies, recommend best practices, and implement plans and resources that support skill development.
  • Manage the marketing, communication, and change management related to learning and development offerings.
  • Bring expertise in content curation for a variety of learning needs, partnering with stakeholders in Diversity & Inclusion, IT security, and compliance.
  • Manage day-to-day inquiries from the business on learning goals, learning offerings, and other educational programs.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of Learning and Development experience, with at least 2+ years in a learning and development leadership position in a geographically dispersed company (Professional Services or Technology experience beneficial)
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Deep knowledge of current learning management practices, industry trends, digital learning platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent creative and strategic thinking skills, with demonstrated success in implementing innovating learning technologies and solutions across multiple areas.
  • Experience overseeing learning management systems (LMS) & managing external learning content providers.
  • Expert ability to evaluate, prioritize, escalate, and problem solve with stakeholders and cross-functional partners across multiple locations and cultures.
  • Authentic, inspiring, hands-on leadership with the ability to align people and plans to bring a vision to reality.
  • Experience in delivering high quality written and verbal communications, can ideate and translate ideas and data in concise and meaningful ways engage key stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to synthesize high-level information into action plans.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills. Invests in and nurtures relationships to achieve results by being a great listener, asking the right questions, and navigating complex internal and external relationships with calmness and confidence.
