PositionHighlights:
*Position: Lead Crisis Worker
*Location: Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL
*Full Time/Part Time: Full-time
*Hours: Days
*Required Travel: N/a


What you will need:
*License: Active license in the state of Illinois in social work or counseling (LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC) 2 years' post-graduate (post-MA, MSW), 2 years' post-licensure preferred
*Education: Master's degree in Social Work or Counselingfrom an accredited school
*Experience: Managerial/Supervisory experience preferred; Healthcare or mental care required
*Skills: N/A


What you will do:
*Ability to manager/supervise within a healthcare environment
*Strong Leadership and clinical skills
*Knowledge of state and federal laws related to abuse and neglect as well as the Il Mental Health Code
*Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer requirement
*Knowledge of professional/social work ethic including patient confidentially
*Knowledge of age specific development issues
*Ability to work with diversity
