About the Role:
In 2021, CrowdStrike acquired Falcon LogScale - a technology that is changing the way people think about log management and systems observability empowering Security, IT and other teams to answer key questions of their data quickly. As a Principal Consultant on the Falcon LogScale Services team, you’ll lead teams and be the face of Falcon LogScale for new and existing customers. You’ll spearhead key efforts and become a trusted advisor to customers by answering technical questions, demonstrating Falcon LogScale's capabilities, and laying out a technical vision of Falcon LogScale and a roadmap for customers to follow. Working alongside Falcon LogScale engineers and other cross functional teams, you’ll be a critical part of operationalizing customer environments. You’ll work with the customer as they discover what Falcon LogScale can do for them, help expand their use cases, and provide feedback timely to the Falcon LogScale Product Management team. Simultaneously you’ll develop internal relationships to partner with key stakeholders to influence product enhancements that will meet customer needs.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the design and delivery of LogScale Professional Services offerings
Manage the day-to-day operations of LogScale customer project execution both managing teams and getting hands-on with the technology
Work with our Sales team to scope and schedule a new customer projects
Act as a primary contact for coordination of LogScale activities leading all architecture, data ingestion, parsing and content customization activities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party vendors and partners supporting engagements
