Job Description
The part-time Receptionist will provide administrative support to the Sterigenics headquarter staff in addition to serving as Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with the team and may assist Sterigenics' C-Suite level executives on an as-needed basis. The Receptionist will exhibit professionalism, integrity and composure at all times, possess a keen sense of urgency, meticulous attention to detail, maintain unquestionable confidentiality and always present a positive attitude.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as Receptionist answering and forwarding all incoming calls, greeting guests, managing deliveries in a positive, professional manner
- Provide administrative support to the office by way of ordering supplies, processing daily mail, stocking the kitchenette, handling third party delivery shipments and maintain the copy room.
- Prepare, respond to and file correspondence and other records
- Help coordinate in office meetings for various departments
- Conduct research, compile data and prepare documents, PowerPoint slides and/or material for meetings
- Hours of work are approximately 10 am to 2 pm, Tuesday through Thursday (flexibility to be considered)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma, Associate degree or better preferred
- Administrative experience supporting a headquarters team
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Able to anticipate needs, respond rapidly to new challenges, and adapt to priorities accordingly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and Visio
