Job Description:Join our Consulting Financial Crime practice to lead our markets and the clients we serve within the financial services industry. Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years minimum experience in AML/BSA at retail banking, commercial banking, and/or global diversified financial services organizations and/or equivalent experience within professional services/consulting
Experience developing, auditing, and monitoring compliance of BSA/AML requirements at financial services organizations
Highly effective communication with all levels of the organization, including the ability to explain complex data analysis concepts to individuals with minimal subject matter knowledge.
Intermediate Excel skills including data importing, v-lookups, pivot tables and data manipulation.
Experience with Tableau Data Visualization
Intermediate level SQL skills including database creation, SQL Joins and conditional filters.
Basic Microsoft Visio skills including creation of process flow diagrams, organization charts and network diagrams.
Experience with file and data formatting and turning unusable data into readable data that can be analyzed.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Enthusiastic, innovation-driven individual who is willing to take initiative and work independently, as needed.
This position requires a minimum of 20% travel
Basic (Level 1) Python skills including experience with object-oriented programming and data structures. Basic (Level 1) R programming experience with statistical and regression analysis.
Preferences:
Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (CAMS), or other relevant professional certification
Highly proficient AML/BSA knowledge in a broad range of financial services activities, products, and services
Knowledge and practical use of statistical analytics and testing methods
Experience working in a project environment with top 50 banks
Tableau Desktop Certified Associate
