This is a work-from-home position. This is a hands on position on the Java stack that can grow to an Architect role over time.

Job role and responsibilities:
Manage and Enable a complete scrum-agile product development team consisting of Software Engineers, Test Engineers and Business Analyst responsible for software development
Coach, Mentor, and Build trust while setting clear development goals.
Work with Product Owner and Architects to identify any future work and help set up the team for success.
Ensure that the project/agile initiative architecture is aligned with the overall enterprise strategy and adhere to standard based on best practices and COE groups with respect to Technology, Quality, and Process.
Establish and maintain working relationship with all departments, stakeholders and external customers involved.
Work with all IT teams to ensure that project architecture and technical deliverables are understood and are well coordinated.
Be a champion of MultiPlan's core culture; ACTS - (Accountability, Continuous Improvement, Team work and Service Excellence)
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements
Responsible for the organization, communication and approval of the project/agile initiative architecture.
Responsible for the impact analysis for the project
Responsible for organizing the other architects and developers on the project and facilitating the creation of the HLD and TD for the initiative.
Responsible for working with the Enterprise Architect and System Architect to ensure that the solution architecture matches the domain blueprint.
Responsible for education all initiative stakeholders what the architectural goals are.
