WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Trust Service Support Specialist will work with Wealth Management Advisory, Middle Office, Tax, Compliance, and Investments completing various back office operational functions to process all aspects of the client accounts. In addition, this position may work directly with other bank departments, outside money managers, or brokerage firms.

 


Additional Duties:
Possess a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job, works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area to effectively:
Process asset receipts, asset deliveries, asset adjustments, class action suits, CD purchases and redemptions, ACH transactions, cash receipt transactions, and wire transfers.
Perform bill payment processing, including check-printing functionality and review/sign checks
Prepare imaging paperwork, including tax forms, and other various reports.
Post dividends and interest.
Reconcile depository positions.
Balance DDA, internal accounts, and trust transactions
Assist with frontline training for Wealth Advisory associates on processes, procedures, and systems.

 

 


WHAT YOU'LL BRING

 

Knowledge of:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Accounting, data processing systems, and controls
Trust operating system, policies, and procedures

 

Ability to:
Multi-task and work independently
Maintain confidentiality of customer information
Take more than normal care to prevent loss to the organization
Perform duties under frequent time pressures

 

EDUCATION AND TRAINING


High School diploma and/or up to 1 year related work experience - required
Related experience to include a focus within: operations, banking, or trust administration
Brokerage or Trust industry experience preferred.

 


Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office
