Job Description
The Associate Brand Manager-Homebake will be responsible for scaling Kraft Heinz's biggest innovation bet, HOMEBAKE 425/30 a disruptive frozen meal solution. The brand is on an exciting journey to expand from regional distribution to national scale. You will own go-to-market execution, closely monitoring performance to inform real-time strategic pivots to unlocks the brands full potential.

This position is best suited for someone who is entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity, has a strong bias for action, and excellent communication skills.

Key Components of the Role

Collaborate with the Senior Brand manager to build out long-term brand strategy and annual operating plan, building risk mitigation plans and proposing pivots based on in market performance

Partner with sales on expanding distribution by building a consumer and data driven category and brand story to support sell-in

Build national and regional marketing support plans to drive awareness and trial in collaboration with shopper marketing and brand communication teams

Own analysis of syndicate data sources to understand own & competitor business performance, bringing forth insights and action plans to drive key metrics (e.g. velocities, market share, etc)

Lead cross functional team across various commercial initiatives such as capacity expansion, innovation, packaging updates, and promotion planning/analysis

Responsible for demand forecasting to guide production and financial planning, and managing annual marketing budget

Operate with agility and a test & learn mindset, while bringing stakeholders on the journey


Operates with a sense of urgency and comfort in ambiguity

Strong leadership and drive for results

Strong communication skills

Strategic capability and experience in marketing plan development; situation assessment, strategy, and tactical plan development

Experience in cross-functional team management

Ability to handle simultaneous projects and deliver within timelines
