Job Summary
This position is responsible for partnering with senior business leaders to develop, execute and track marketing programs designed to attract individual members. This role is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including direct mail, print, SEM, social, display/video, email, and landing pages. This position will support all phases of creative asset development including strategy kick offs, asset proofing, quality and legal reviews, federal/state filings, and final asset distribution. Strong project management skills are required. Position will work with external agencies and internal delivery partners.
Required Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree and three years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, research, project management, or relevant health care industry OR five years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, research, project management, or relevant health care industry OR Masters Degree and two years of experience.
Experience presenting in front of an audience and group facilitation.
Proven success working with cross-functional teams.
Experience interacting with members of multiple departments and levels.
Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and industry trends.
Experience interpreting business and financial information.
Experience managing multiple projects.
Verbal and written communication and organization skills.
Consensus building and conflict management skills.
