In this role you will:
Complete technical training as assigned
Become proficient in servicing assigned equipment
Primarily service printers and lower segment Multi-Functional Devices
Maintain accurate car stock inventory
Efficiently manage service call assignments based on location and priority levels
Accurately dispatch/arrive/close out service calls utilizing mobile dispatching software
Provide quality customer service with both internal/external customers
Develop ability to work independently
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
You should have:
High school diploma or GED required
Good organizational skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office applications as needed
Maintain a valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance as dictated by state requirements
Access to reliable vehicle with secure storage for all company issued property
Basic understanding of Electronics
Basic understanding of Network connectivity
Ability to lift 75 pounds
