Salesforce Technical Architect will be joining our Business Application Transformation team that supports the transition to the Salesforce platform. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for enabling conversion of functional requirements into technical requirements that allow the development team to build capabilities within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate has a broad understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and ability to architect complex integrations. We are looking for a resourceful, innovative thinker who can understand our business objectives, quickly identify areas of improvement, and provide creative solutions.
This position will be filled to work at any Jack Henry office location or Remotely within the U.S.
The target salary range for this position is $74,800 - $115,000, based on location and experience.

What you'll be responsible for:
Provide end-to-end solution architecture as it relates to Salesforce and its integrated systems.
Lead technical discussions around Development, Integration, Data, Security, Mobility, etc. concepts and ensuring best practices are implemented.
Act as an advocate for the customer, as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address customer's business problems.
Lead code review sessions and plan platform optimization efforts with development and product team members.
Develop configuration for the design/creation/prototyping of new software products, enhancements, and fixes while documenting and maintaining technical architecture and designs.
Provide architectural and "big picture" oversight for development of new or enhanced components.
Maintain awareness and understanding of competing products and provides ideas for innovation and improvement in order to maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in development, architecture, or consulting experience with Salesforce platform.
A minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Strong application design skills combined with strong data, integration, and security architecture skills.
Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively develop technical diagrams to communicate and document complex technical processes or models.
Outstanding listening skills, ability to connect with people in diverse roles.
Ability to work across cross-functional teams.
Ability to travel up to 5% to attend JH meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
What would be nice for you to have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Experience architecting complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
Ability to convey and convince stakeholders to use best practices at various levels within a large organization.
Application design and development background.
Strong Enterprise Architecture background.
Salesforce product certifications.
