Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain new corporate website presence with regular updates to content
  • Support in creating new webpages or content modules for corporate websites
  • Act as lead expert for Content Management System (CMS) for both corporate and project websites
  • Assist in content loading for all website assets across portfolio, working closely with Content Marketing Manager and the External Communications teams on content.
  • Lead and/or assist in maintaining various project websites, including creating new project websites and migrating existing sites over to new CMS templates
  • Maintain CMS settings and user permissions for all website assets
  • Act as point of contact for all website requests with IT support and interact with web development team for larger website requests.
  • Understand and interpret brand guidelines to develop innovative web presence
  • Support Associate, Brand & Creative on development project requests Collaborate with Project Development and Communication teams on materials for project related needs, including event invitations, posters, handouts, and more.
  • Provide design assistance to other marketing and internal communications materials as needed
  • Act as a resource for cross-functional teams for projects and design needs
  • Be able to spot design inconsistencies in color, spacing, fonts, etc. easily when presented
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in the areas of web design, web development, graphic design, marketing, advertising, communications, or other relevant field
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in web and graphic design through marketing or advertising
  • Familiar with foundational aspects of web design and development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience working in a multi-environment CMS used to manage multiple websites
  • Experience in SEO, utilizing tools like Google Analytics
  • Solid understanding of internet foundations: domain registration, DNS configuration, and working with IT teams to provision new sites
  • Managing a multi-language website; regularly coordinating with translation partners and internal experts etc.
  • Understanding of Next.js frontend applications and what would be required to make small, ideally with TypeScript; some knowledge of using git and collaborating with development teams on GitHub
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and troubleshooting when necessary
  • Experience using managed hosting platforms like Vercel, Netlify, etc.
  • Proven graphic design skills with visual portfolio
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and a very high level of attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a great work ethic who can work under pressure and maintain quality across multiple assignments
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high achieving, entrepreneurial environment
  • Background and passion for the energy sector a plus

Salary Range

$73,000 - $81,000
