Job Description
Aerotek, Voted Best in Staffing, is hiring for production set-up technicians within a local leader in the healthcare & medical device field. The Production Technician pay range is based off experience and shift, but ranges from $20-27/HR and are responsible for machine set-up and routine calibrations.
Purpose :
-Effectively setup and monitor assigned production lines for performance and to maintain above target OEE. Identify and resolve performance related setup issues in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to GMP guidelines and procedures.
Responsibilities :
-Responsible for setting up and maintaining production equipment within a GMP environment.
-Effectively setup and maintain above target OEE performance on primary value stream production lines.
-Responds to production line calls to resolve performance related setup issues in a timely and efficient
manner.
-Sustain 5S of parts and tooling across the value stream you work in.
-Maintain change parts and tooling in base condition.
-Initiates work orders in the CMMS (Maximo) for repairs/improvements to be planned and scheduled.
-Escalates higher level issues in a timely manner to the appropriate groups.
-Communicates improvement opportunities through cross functional groups and the setup team.
-Performs vision system tasks at the mechanic level.
-Troubleshoots minor equipment related issues and performs repairs.
Work Schedule:
Mon-Fri (They do bi-weekly Saturday OT as well)
6:45am-3:00pm – 1st Shift-Pay $20-21/hr
2:45pm-11:00pm – 2nd Shift pay $23-24/hr
10:45pm-7:00am – 3rd Shift $26-27/hr
