As Business Development Manager, Nozomi you will lead and develop the overall promotion of Inkjet Digital Printing category within the Packaging segment by evangelizing the value proposition of Nozomi within our corrugated customer’s market. Your responsibility is to prospect and assist with developing the market for the Packaging Segment while driving demand (volume) to our MIF.

What you will do:

+ Engage with Nozomi customers and drive demand from analog printing to digital (Nozomi) while evaluating key variables to enable customer success and volume growth.

+ Work with customers to develop customized breakeven analysis, to understand the economics of digital printing and drive business from analog to Nozomi.

+ Execute training sessions with customers’ sales teams on selling the value of digital.

+ Support customers marketing campaigns around digital printing.

+ Professionally present digital growth opportunities, success cases, provide training and best practices to clients.

+ Identify blockers to customers success and provide innovative solutions to overcome them.

+ Track success of programs and critical evaluate best methodology for improvement of customer success.

+ Support the Sales team in day-to-day marketing activities.

+ Create and develop innovative ways to communicate EFIs digital printing technology message and promote products and services to potential and existing customers, driving customer success, and adoption of digital printing solutions.

+ Serve as a specialist and consultant; pursue opportunities and cultivate relationships with key partners in complex Information Technology environments.

+ Educate and excite customers on the benefits and differentiators of our available professional services to drive sales growth.

+ Define and align from an application perspective, corporate communication to brand owners and agencies

+ Deploy sales/marketing strategies in tandem with business and marketing department for existing clients.

+ Evaluate, from the customer perspective, the effectiveness of all marketing activities.

+ Consistently exceed goals and expectations and contribute to our team-oriented culture.

+ Create questionnaires and surveys.

+ Generate reports that analyze competition and customers.

+ Driven team based continuous improvement, project management, and tracking.

This role might be a good fit if you:

+ Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing & Sales.

+ Have proven prior experience successfully leading business development.

+ Have prior digital printing experience; preferred.

+ Possess a great understanding of breakeven modeling.

+ Have a proven experience in the corrugated/packaging industry.

+ Possess previous experience in the Printing arena, which could include a wide variety of categories – packaging Printers, Consumables Companies

+ Possess great technical knowledge in Digital Printing & Color Management,

+ Have previous experience with Inkjet printing in the packaging industry.

+ Can express ideas clearly both verbally and in writing (communication excellence)

+ Are highly creative and strategic

+ Are an organized individual who pays close attention to details.

+ Are customer service orientated with a keen sense of urgency.

+ Possess strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.

+ Can influencing and persuade others towards an idea or goal.

+ Can translate core business strategies into actionable initiatives.

+ Have great listening skills (listen first, then respond)

+ Are highly resourceful.
