+ GREAT opportunity to move into a Sr. Accountant role in the South Suburbs of Chicago.
+ Responsible for the daily operations of the accounting department.
+ Also responsible for proper accounting methods, policies, principles, & analyzing the general ledger, in order to produce accurate and timely financial reports and statements in partnership with the Accounting Manager.

responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Responsible for daily operations of accounting department including:
+ Month and year-end process
+ Accounts payable/receivable
+ Cash receipts
+ General ledger
+ Budgeting and cash flow
+ Capital assets reconciliations
+ Analyze accounting data and produce financial reports and statements
+ Assist in annual audits
+ Support the Accounting Manager
qualifications:
+ Problem Solving/Analysis & Financial Management Experience
+ Personal Effectiveness/Credibility
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting required
+ CMA or CPA desirable but not required
