Primary Responsibilities:

+ Maintain construction/development project-related records, including contracts and processing of change orders

+ Reviews and processes construction/development contracts, and contract change orders

+ Collects, reviews, and processes monthly project invoices.

+ Needs to ensure all invoices have been coded properly and timely to the correct cost reports and cost codes

+ Support the construction/development Project team with tracking of change order requests

+ Enter and monitor the project estimate to actuals; review project variances and prepare variance analysis

+ Ability to assemble draws, lien waivers, sworn statements.

+ Organize, prepare, and maintain contracts, invoices, and project folders

+ Communicate with project team to ensure accurate cost recording

Requirements

+ Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

+ Ability to multi-task and work in a small business atmosphere

+ Extremely detail-orientated with solid communication skills, both verbal and written

+ Strong financial and analytical skills

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively

+ Proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint

+ Bachelor’s degree required
