Robert Half is seeking a Small Business Accountant for a valued client in the Quad Cities area. This position will wear many hats as they will be doing bookkeeping duties as well as compliance while reporting to the general manager.

This position is fully onsite and and if you have experience within the Accumatica software, that is a huge plus!

The Bookkeeper’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Collection of transactions and inputting into software

- Maintain and monitor financial records

- Pay and log invoices into accounting system

- Assist in compliance duties such as W2s, workers Comp.

- Ensure the staff is up to date on certifications and monitor if not.

Requirements for this Bookkeeping role include but are not limited to:

- Self starter who can work with little oversight

- 2 years of prior experience within Bookkeeping

- Prior exposure to compliance procedures is a plus.
