Robert Half Legal is partnering with an industry leading, well-known corporation located in Naperville that’s seeking to immediately hire a Corporate Counsel – Commercial Contracts/M& A with at least 3-5+ years of experience managing M& A transactions and commercial contracts. The Corporate Counsel – Commercial Contracts/M& A will be the lead counsel to support the company in all M& A transactions from start to finish (50%) and assist with drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a variety of commercial contracts (50%). This position will join a large legal team and directly report to the Managing Corporate Counsel. This position is paying around $175K and the company offers one of the most flexible WFH schedules as this position is required to be in-office for only 2 days per month. Requirements+ JD and license to practice in any state
