Description:

The IT department is looking for someone driven, smart, and eager to learn and improve to join our team! As an IT Support Tech, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues across our roughly 600 users/computers. You will work with a team that’s main responsibility is working on PC’s and mobile devices and occasionally work on projects involving networks and systems. You’ll work with Office 365 and other services and be a go to IT technician.

This role is not alone and would be supported by a team. This role would join a team of Software Support, Desktop Support, and Sysadmin roles that would escalate up, supporting local and remote branches and stakeholders at all levels. The skills/responsibilities below are not your everyday job, but knowledge in all of the below is recommended.

Experience/Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a related position such as IT Helpdesk or Technician.

• Appropriate IT Certifications are highly desirable (A+, Network +, Security +)

• Proven ability to work independently and manage your own priorities

• Standard Operating Procedure and Documentation experience

• Must be present in Glendale Heights office one day per week

• Minimal travel, but sometimes required (5%)

Basic Qualifications:

• Excellent professional oral, written, and communication skills

• Ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical users

• Ability to stand/walk up to 50% of day. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines
