Description
**This is a Full Time, salaried position at 40 hours per week. Individual will oversee the Residency clinic at Woodstock and Family Practice at the Huntley clinic. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8a-4:30p and will work in Huntley 4-5 days per week, Woodstock 1 day per week if needed.**
The Regional Nursing Supervisor reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Regional Nursing Supervisor works in coordination with the Practice Administrator overseeing the clinical operations of the Residency Clinic in Woodstock. This role has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for the supervision of the clinical support staff within sites of responsibility. They will supervise all other ancillary services in the absence of the Practice Administrator and assist in planning and implementation of goals which are congruent with the Regional Medical Group.
The Supervisor is responsible for the monitoring and reporting of all processes, nursing and physician quality improvement. In addition, the Regional Nursing Supervisor provides direct and indirect patient care in the Physician Group setting when necessary. This role provides leadership that reflects initiative, flexibility, and responsibility with the expectation of minimal of supervision.

Qualifications
Required:
BLS Certification
RN License
Graduate of accredited 2 or 3 year registered nursing program.
5 years of nursing experience
Preferred:
Two years of experience in outpatient clinic supervision/management
BSN; BSN within two years of hire
Certifications in Ambulatory Nursing
