Job Summary
We are seeking a person to act as a resource to assist students based on student led questions and to support students as they prepare for exams / complete projects.
To be a successful Educational Coach, candidates should be invested in being collaborative, and possess the desire to work in higher education.
On Elmhurst University Campus, Monday and Wednesday 1:00 -2:00
Essential Functions
Building rapport with students
Assisting with student led questions
Connecting students with other resources, as needed
Open to working with other department internship programs
Willingness to collaborate and build rapport with students.
Open to problem-solving
Flexibility to work with staff regarding student/class needs
Assisting students with using Bluenet to register for courses
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Must hold a Bachelor's Degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
Employee is subject to indoor work, protected from weather conditions.
