Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for performing the technical assessments and business processes while managing business continuity for our client base. You will be responsible for providing Executive and Board-level customer facing reports and presentations on your interpretation of the vulnerability and testing results performed by our engineering team. This role focuses on various IT Technologies with Public Cloud, Microsoft, Network and Security being the primary technologies. This is a remote position that must provide occasional support onsite at our Downers Grove, IL headquarters.
Qualifications
Strong background in Public Cloud, Microsoft and Network technologies
5 years' experience focusing on Business Continuity
Must have a solid understanding of different business environments
Understanding of compliance requisitions and regulations (i.e. CMMC, HIPPA, PCI, GDPR, etc.)
Must be process oriented and have excellent people skills
Must be able to communicate both written and orally with various members of an organization from the Engineers to the Executive teams of a client organization
ITIL experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
