Job Description
Description Our large association client is seeking a Email Specialist to join their team on a freelance basis!This role is 40 hours a week, fully remote. The email specialist will be responsible for converting content from spreadsheets into newsletters, any email design experience is a plus!
Email Specialist Capabilities:
+ Must have experience with conditional formatting ('if this, than, that' statements)
+ Basic HTML coding experience
+ Ability to learn a new program and get up to speed quickly
+ Having any email design experience would be a PLUS.
Email Specialist Responsibilities:
+ Will be executing a complex email project
+ The project involves taking content from a spreadsheet and putting it into a email newsletter; using conditional formatting ; if/then statements; (not just copy and pasting)
+ Will be trained on the email project
+ If you have email design skills; the client will have you work on some email design improvement requests with direction- provide design samples
+ Email production with an email CMS, i.e. Iterable, Constant Contact, Mail Chimp etc
+ Email coding with personalization & conditional logic
