Job Description
Create customized analyses for the President and CEO to make decisions on business strategy. Summarize and present financial results and multi-year forecasts to executives.
Collaborate with key leaders across departments to understand business operations and use data transformation skills to improve efficiencies and add value. Create detailed business
analyses, outlining challenges, opportunities, and solutions to support the financial reporting team. Transform data to create new reports in Power BI for compensation, hiring, and
employee retention decisions made by the President and CEO. Contribute to processes that produce investor reporting, including financial results, investor statements, cash flow
projections, distribution notices, and vesting schedules. Develop assumptions related to future cash flows and prepare individual investor cash flow projections over a multi-year period.
Review book and tax waterfall allocations. Automate manual tasks to increase productivity. Review quarterly valuations and accounting for interests in the merchant bank’s funds and
outside investments. Coordinate financial reporting and valuation of portfolio assets, communicating with investment teams and outside investments. Review quarterly investment
presentation which summarizes financial metrics across the investment portfolio for executive committee. Respond to ad hoc requests for historical or forecasted financial information from
investors and the President and CEO. Hybrid work schedule permitted.
