Job Description

MSA has an opportunity for a Graduate Engineer II - Structural at any of the following offices: Wisconsin: BarabooMadisonMilwaukee; Iowa: Ankeny, Illinois: Champaign, Minnesota: St. Paul. You will have the opportunity to see, and contribute in, projects from start to finish. The various projects you'll be working on make a significant and positive impact on the communities you serve. Project types include parks and recreation structures, municipal buildings, water and wastewater structures, and retaining walls.

Responsibilities

The work you will do

  • Perform structural engineering design of steel, masonry, concrete, and wood structures
  • Perform design calculations and assemble calculation packages
  • Revit modeling of structural drawings
  • Coordinate designs with other disciplines 
  • Site Visits of existing facilities and projects under construction
  • Review shop drawings and submittal review
