About the Job/About the Team

Join an elite team of highly skilled marketing professionals and play a key role in ensuring all market-relevant content is surfaced to customers in the right way.

You’re right for this job if you:

  • Love to take ownership in developing and executing effective and scalable cross-sell and upsell campaigns targeting Keeper’s global customer base to maximize and expand the utilization of Keeper’s solutions.
  • Want to accelerate expansion pipeline growth by developing and maintaining a global customer marketing campaigns calendar and executing weekly programs across email, paid media, paid social, and site optimization/updates.
  • Passionate about creating and distributing sales enablement collateral including call scripts, battle cards, data sheets, pitch decks, and incentives to our global Customer Success team.
  • Bring hands on experience in delivering monthly customer communications such as newsletters, release notes, and webinar promotions
  • Are excited about working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Customer Success, and Demand Gen to ensure all market-relevant content is surfaced to customers in the right way
  • Can balance and support the Customer Experience teams to build out scalable education programs to decrease 1-to-1 support and improve customer lifetime value
Requirements

 

  • 2+ years experience in a customer marketing or campaign role
  • Previous B2B experience required
  • SaaS company experience strongly preferred. Security and/or Networking (IT/technology industry) experience is a plus
  • Experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns and an understanding of customer journey mapping
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, LiveStorm)
  • A self-starter attitude and team player, able to accept direction, and work independently
  • A positive attitude with adaptability in a fast-paced work environment. Experience in agile work environments is a plus
  • Results-oriented
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail
