What you will do:

  • Support the Libertyville Bank charter as a dedicated resource primarily in the areas of Information Security and Business Continuity, Information Technology, Security, Facilities Management and Oversight, Operations/Purchasing and overall Department Management.

  • Information Security and Business Continuity responsibilities include submission of IT tickets for new, current and terminated employees, the review of Information Security Council reports along with Council participation. Oversee awareness and training to charter employees on information security and business continuity policies as well as coordinate annual testing.

  • Conduct annual security site visits at the various Libertyville facilities, conduct monthly alarm testing as well as conduct new hire security training. Point of contact for law enforcement on facility incident reporting. Work with third party security guard vendor on opening/closing of locations and after-hour alarms.

  • Primary point of contact for internal and external auditors (Information Security, Business Continuity and Security).

  • Facilities Management and Oversight responsibilities to include coordination and fielding of initial service calls for all locations, ensuring the proper parties are alerted and service requests are handled in an expedient manner.

  • Maintain and bid facility contracts with third-party vendors, making selection recommendations to Wintrust Corporate Real Estate and Libertyville Charter Executive Management.

  • Assist in creation and oversight of facilities capital budget on an annual basis

  • Purchase equipment and facility supplies, maintaining inventory of ordered supplies
