What Youll Do

Responsible for the complete administration of personal trust accounts including agencies and IRAs which will include moderately complex situations. Represent the bank in contact with customers, attorneys, beneficiaries and other related parties. Administer assigned personal accounts; study and analyze the trust instrument; determine and adhere to the responsibilities, duties, and terms of the governing trust document; monitor account activity ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. Contact, correspond, advise, and resolve more complicated problems with clients, beneficiaries, portfolio managers, attorneys, CPAs, and other professionals in the course of an administration of accounts. Develop new business; consult with others and refer other officers to new business prospects. Obtain appropriate documentation on accounts; authorize payments from accounts, consider tax liabilities, and recommend/approve discretionary payments in accordance with bank policies. Represent the bank in court appearances, in business related activities including professional organizations, conferences and seminars, and in other similar situations.
