Responsibilities

STRATEGY:
* Leverage Chicago Warehouse brands (such as Quaker, Frito Lay, Muscle Milk, Etc.) to deliver customer specific retail execution programs that drive volume
* Support in the creation of retail strategies to align with National brand programing
* Strategically collaborate with business units (Gatorade, Quaker, Frito Lay, Etc.) on the in-store execution of point of sale, racks, retail shippers, prefilled displays, contests, etc
* Own the POS forecasting and shipment process to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of in-store POS
* Demonstrate creative and innovative thought leadership on how to drive stronger execution in store

SURGE & RETAIL EXECUTION:
* Act as project leader through execution and tracking of Surge events including post event recaps
* Partner with retail operations on surge-based projects•Be the Expert on Execution, acting as the liaison between retail and the BU’s. this includes presenting all period priorities to our Advantage Solutions Broker
* Engage with new and existing labor providers to stay informed on capabilities and negotiate best rates
* Be the subject matter expert on customer execution programs. (Single Source)

DATA & REPORTING:
* Develop and maintain IRI reporting and data pulls that support the retail execution and Operations teams
* Cross-Team collaboration on non-IRI reporting
* Collaboration with Advantage team on data and analysis including recaps on pilots and initiatives
* Maintain SharePoint folders and contents, assist with access issues
* Coordinate IRI geographical alignment with IRI, Advantage and RW3 as needed
*  Develop period reviews to present to brand units
* Run special projects assigned by Director
* Support in the Creation of compelling presentations for leadership on the state of the business and results/issues

Compensation & Benefits:
* The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 – $165,150
* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary* Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually
* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree 
* Proficiency with Unify & Advantage Pro IRI Data systems – Pulling/Formatting/Organizing of data into usable reports
* Minimum of 5 years of sales experience; preferably with a consumer packaged goods organization
* Must have Superior Organizational skills
* Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow up skills
* Superior computer skills, specifically Microsoft office platforms
*  Excel and Powerpoint capabilities are a must
* Solid understanding of financials including P&L impact of sales decisions
* Commitment and ability to succeed within a fast paced organization
* Ability to travel 10% of the time
