Job Summary:

The Associate Technology Implementation Consultant is part of a Professional Services team that works with client technical and business teams on routine engagements to help provide technology solutions and integration services through consulting project activities at customer engagements with financial institutions. This role is assigned multiple engagements, working and works with matrixed organizations, internally and externally.

You will provide technical consulting to customers integrating with WKFS software. Activities include consulting with customers to understand and document their business and technical requirements, working with customer business analysts on data mapping between systems, advising customers on usage and capability of the system, and appropriate configuration of the system. Identify alternative solutions that address customer requirements. Contribute to the analysis, development, and testing of customer engagement deliverables.

This is a USA Fully Remote role and will report to the Technology Implementation Consulting Manager FCC International Document Services Inc. WK USA and under the directorship of the Technology Implementation Consulting Manager FCC CS WK USA. #LI-Remote

Job Qualifications (Minimum):

+ Experience: 1 year+ as a Implementation Consultant experience or working in a client-facing consulting role or other equivalent experience.

+ Travel : Travel requirements are max 25% during important portions of the projects to customer locations within the United States. Travel is flexible

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the USA

Other Skills or Certifications (preferences):

+ 1 year+ Banking background

+ 1 year+ as a business systems analyst in software development

+ Education : BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or related field or equivalent related work experience.

+ Understanding of software development using multiple life-cycle methods.

+ Working knowledge of project management methodology and best practices.

+ Relational Database Knowledge (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server)

+ Collaboratively with team on assigned tasks

Essential duties:

+ Main contributor to software solution implementations and system integration projects.

+ Consult with customers regarding feature/functionality of WKFS software solutions and configuration options to achieve customer’s needs.

+ Gather, analyzes, and documents customer’s requirements in collaboration with customer’s business, technical, and compliance staff.

+ Consult with customers to complete data mapping requirements for the integration between systems. This includes consulting regarding usage and purpose of WKFS data requirements, helping the customer identify appropriate data sources from their system based on their business practices.
