Job Description
Responsible for the activities and work efforts of employees assigned to a specific shift or operation. Supervisors is expected to routinely function as staff. Supervises activities consistent with department goals. Is an active advocate of Blessing Health in the community? This position is responsible for ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation of hospital/entity’s facilities. Key areas include: training, coaching. inspecting, evaluating, safety, scheduling of staff, and completion of Readiness Rounds. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Health. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to Code of Conduct and other policies is required.
Education Required: High School Diploma Preferred: Supervisory Experience
