Position Summary
The group of Prof. Jordi Cabana is looking for a Postdoctoral Research Associate with expertise in the synthesis and structural characterization of inorganic solids, especially with relevance to energy applications.

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform the synthesis of new inorganic compounds with functional solid structures, particularly mixed anion phases with various metals.
Perform structural analysis using powder diffraction and total scattering, including pair distribution function.
Characterize the electrochemical properties of the new materials discovered.


Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications: PhD/Doctorate Degree in Chemistry, with strong experience in synthesis and characterization of inorganic solids.
