This position is responsible for providing global training services and coordinating all such training activities, classes and courses offered by the Regional Training Centers. This responsibility includes learning, building, teaching and presenting technical materials for students which include employees, customers and prospects. This includes both in-person and virtual learning platforms.
The core responsibilities and duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Participating or conducting testing of new products, applications and competitive product analysis.

Providing technical support and guidance for sales and technical employees, as well as end-use customers.

Provide Sales Experience events to support new customer acquisition activities.

Communicate with Curriculum Designer when updates to electronic training materials are necessary to conform to new product or specifications. This includes written curriculum, classroom teaching aides and electronic or virtual materials.

Assisting with continuous improvement of new training materials and virtual curriculum.

Maintain Training Center materials inventory .

Assist site Safety Coordinator for designated Regional Training Center

Facilitate and administer the Tech Rep calls.

Provide technical troubleshooting assistance including writing reports to include problem resolution

Knowledge of multi-tiered distribution and sales

Adhere to company safety standards at all times

Additional duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to accurately apply automotive finishes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High level of knowledge in collision repair industry (products, processes and equipment)
- Employee must be able to tolerate non-toxic paint odors and be able to wear a respirator as required.
- May work in areas where toxic, flammable, and hazardous materials are present.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- ASE and I-CAR certification
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
